Welcome to St. Michael Lutheran Church online! Whether you are just browsing the web or looking for a church home, we hope you find this information useful. We are a growing congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and a member of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Synod. St. Michael is a dynamic and exciting worshiping community. We currently have 1000 baptized members, 710 confirmed members and average 270 people in worship on Sunday mornings. A worship schedule is available on this web site.
St. Michael touches lives and shares the promise of Jesus Christ through its ministries. It’s a place for fellowship, celebration, reflection and worship; it’s a place to find friends, support and love…a place where you are always welcome.
We offer program opportunities for children and adults of all ages, designed to help us learn what a difference Jesus Christ can make in our lives. We believe these web pages will give you a glimpse into who we are and what we are about, but they fall short from giving you a complete picture. For that, we invite you to come and experience the Spirit alive and at work in this place!
We are less than five minutes away from beautiful Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. If you are new to the area or visiting, we invite you to join us for worship.
